Message	My grandmother still has her all-original (though in need of a good restoration) '63 Chevy II Nova SS, and it's a straight-six. I dont' know all the history on the early SS models, but they weren't all V8's. In fact I don't think the Nova SS was a V8 for until '65. And the LT1 Impala SS is a pretty cool machine. But I agree that the current SS lineup is a joke.
